Ayilata: Nigerian all-purpose red sauce

Our Ayilata is a freshly prepared all purpose cooking base that can be used to prepare classic Nigerian dishes such as Jollof Rice, Egusi Soup, or Efo Riro.  Freshly prepared, this all purpose sauce can also be poured over any starch, protein, or side dish for a little "razzle dazzle". 


Ingredients: Red bell peppers, roma tomatoes, yellow onions, tomato paste, habanero, onion powder, all purpose seasoning, bay leaves, garlic powder, curry, dried thyme, soybean oil.


Refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for up to six months.
